Identify installation wiring errors
The identified conductor on a two wire lamp cord cable will be the neutral wire. The identification will be a raised rib or on some the wire identification data will be used to identify the neutral. This wire connects to the wide blade, using a silver coloured screw on the plug (cap) as a connection point.
Fuse wire is usually made with metal that has a low melting point, e.g. tin, to lessen the risk of fire.
It allows you to identify one of the two conductors by feel alone.
That wire is only good for low voltage wiring such as a doorbell or a thermostat any more would cause a fire.
Fire wire was developed by Apple company.
Yes a ground wire can cause a spark and cause fire

FR --> Fire Retardant FRLS-->Fire Retardant low smoke When ever wire gets fire Fr wire emit more smoke where as FRLS wire emits low smoke than the FR wires...
This must be a prank question because the service panel ground wire is a bare wire. There is nothing to catch fire as there is no insulation covering the wire. If not a prank question please give more detail as to what is happening.
