It depends on what you are trying to achieve:
CorelDraw files (.CDR) use a is a vector format, And the Jpeg is raster. You can import the jpeg into CorelDraw and then "Save As" .CDR
Yes. I have not used Corel Draw for a while, but as far as I remember you can import bitmaps and JPEGs without any problem and place them in a CDR.
The professional version of Adobe Acrobat allows you to save as or export to a jpeg file. The free version of Acrobat Reader does not have this functionality. A work around may be to place or import the Adobe file into a word processing program and then save as or export the Word file as a jpeg. The document can also be re-scanned as a jpeg file for a third option. If the document has text I would not recommend a jpeg file for anything other than viewing on a monitor.
JPEG is a bitmap file type. There are many bitmap file types but JPEG is the one which uses the least amount of memory. However, JPEG image file sizes can be changed by how they are saved in the data loss compression feature which JPEG uses.
Yes it is.
You can't a .JPEG is a photo or image file while a .MP3 is a music or audio file.
Download CoreDraw Portable X4 http://rs89.rapidshare.com/files/87662497/CorelX4-Portable_GOLDWAREZ.org.rar Then Import the JPEG file into a new document then save as CDR and be happy an easier way is to upload your file to www.filespazz.com your file will be converted and sent back to your e-mail within 5 minutes. Rapid link provided has a Trojan in it. Do not download anybody.
I think the easiest way is to open the jpeg in Paint and save it as a bitmap.
GstarCAD can export: DWG, DWF, PDF, WMF, BMP, EMF, SVG and OCF file formats. You can also open and save DXF, JPEG, TIF, PNG, GIF file formats.

No, you can't save the movie as a jpeg (picture file).
