I had a similar problem with my HTC. I simply looked on a forum and found the answer. All you will probably need is a Micro USB - USB Cable. Connect the Micro USB end to your Tablet and the USB plug to your Computer/Laptop/Netbook USB slot. After doing this open My Computer and click on whatever Removable Disk drive it comes under. Open it, click on the file that holds your photos. Open My Pictures, select the pictures you would like to transfer and drag them to My Pictures.
First you need a USB cord, that plugs into your type of phone. One end should be a standard USB end. Plug into phone & other end into computer. Once the device is ready, make sure you have fully connected the phone, newer phones you have to mount it(basically just pressing another button on the phone, it will tell on the screen when you hook it up). Once that's done select the file your pics are in open and right click the mouse and select send to the phone(should be under removable devices)
Using a USB Cable, Bluetooth, E-mail.
You do not have to have an Android phone to access the Google Play store on a Chromebook laptop. You should be able to access it right from the Chromebook.
