Working out and displaying a developed physique are narcissistic traits, not different than girls who go to great efforts to look hot; they can also be perceived as efforts of the needy. I often advise girls who ask, 'does this make me look hot? that they really won't want what they catch with that bait. The same goes for guys who believe that it's the physique that will get the girls. You won't attract someone who will make you feel good about yourself. Use answer number one, it's excellent advice.
