If you mean how do you ask them out, either try the direct approach and say "Do you wanna go out with me?" or, if you're terribly shy, (Like me!) try to hang out with them more and get them to figure out you like them. Alternatively, ask them via something that does not involve actual talking, like asking them over the internet via Myspace, Skype or Facebook, or leave a message on their phone if you have their number.
