You can do aerobics or any type of cardio exercises that aim to improve your respiratory system. Walking, jogging, running, cycling, rowing, stair climbing, elliptical training, swimming, aerobic dance, skating, jumping rope, skiing, racquet sports, Basketball, and volleyball are all good activities which will help improve your respiratory fitness.

You should do your choice of these activities at least 3 days a week for at least 20 minutes each time.
