Eat the best quality sources you can of fats , carbs and proteins.

There is no need to eat junk food to increase weight. For the best body fat distribution( most appealing physique). The eating of excess calories from the highest quality sources you can comfortably afford should be combined with full body Weightlifting and plenty of walking ( not speed walking ) just strolling and restful activities reading good fiction , watching original movies , listening to pleasurable music.

Cutting out any macronutrients will negatively effect your weight gain.

Not getting proper micronutrients will negatively effect body fat distribution.

Eat till full and eat often. :)
