The main way to increase your MP capacity is by levelling up.
However, by investing skill points in the wand skill, or the mage-, sage- or priest-specific skill paths, you can gain a permanent boost to your MP capacity. This is how warriors and the like can still have lots of MP.
There are also accessories like the spirit bracer that boost MP capacity.
It increases your defence by 5, and if you 'use' it in battle, you regain some MP.
MP = Mana Points.
if you mean coup de grace, it is 0 Zone which means every spell and ability costs 0 MP.

Hi i hope following information will help you. You will face couple of monsters at the beginning of the quest. After you beat them you should see the dicing window. You should get the requested number to face a dragon. If you fail to get the number you will face a few more monsters. Until you get the number you will keep facing monsters. Anyway like I sad if you get the number you should face a dragon. This should be Earth, Dark or Sand Dragon. (As far as I remember). After beating that dragon you are done. You should have completed the quest. [(Use your "rest (The thing they ask you after beating a monster, the thing that fulls your hp and mp)" chances carefully.]
/join trainers and go to enchantments and look for good ones
The character use SP instead of MP to heal itself in adventure quest because you are not using the default setting.
No but you do have to die. -Artixthepaladin
The dragon's Hp or Mp points only go up when yours go up (leveling up) but not when you train your points
if you keep clicking where your hp and mp are, you can see how much more xp you need
