I donno i havnt had mine
i want to induce my periods what do i do
~
This is what i do and it ACTUALLY works im not trying to fool anyone.
ok so you take about 2 Tsp. of shredded up parsley (or fresh from the store would be the best)
put it in water then either bring the water to a boil or stick in the microwave for about 2 minutes. let it sit for about 30 minutes (the longer it sits there the better)
then strain it, you can add some ginger to it also (which will help the inducing part) and some honey to sweeten it. sorry it doesnt taste the best but it will work. I dont know about inducing ones first period though.
I drank 2 cups one night then the next day i drank about 4 or 6 and had some spotting, the next day my period was completely started XD
though if you are wanting start your first period i would say take alot of vitamin C (not to much you dont want to get the runs) and Green Tea
You can only induce your period when it is due - you cannot speed-up or skip phases of your menstrual cycle - so unless you've ovulated you cannot induce menstruation. There are various ways of inducing your period but the most common methods are to use vitamin c to starve the uterus of progesterone and parsley to soften the cervix.
drink parsley tea that seems to work for lots of people
Eat lots of veggies. it induces it by alot.
to induce a period naturally parsly tea taken several times will bring on a period also vita C is helful.
There´s no special food you can eat or something if that is what you mean. If you haven´t got it at 17-18 you should go to a doctor. Up til then everything is normal. Everybody´s different.
You don't. All things happen in their time. Your body is on it's own time clock. That is, when it is time for menses to happen, it will.
Try taking large doses of vitamin C
Hi
Take a knife...............and stab repeatedly.
Yes it can, it will relax your muscles
Ask your doctor what to do.
Menopause is the end of the fertility and the monthly cycle of menstration. There is no period after menopause & no reason to induce a period, so no meds are indicated.
Many hormones induce changes in cells by first binding to plasma membrane surface receptors.
No, having hot baths will not prevent you from getting your period. Your period is controlled by your menstrual cycle, and hot baths cannot effect that - however if your period is due a hot bath can help induce your period.
yes, your body will bleed from lack of hormone
make an appt with your ob/gyn. to be safe, take a blood pregnancy test first. if it is negative and your dr cannot find any other reasons for the delay of your period, s/he will prescribe one of the forms of provera to induce menstruation.
You will not delay your period taking this drug. You will induce ovulation which will make you more susceptible to pregnancy. This drug helps with getting pregnant if that's your goal.
No, Humphrey's 11 can't start your first period.Menstruation is part of the menstrual cycle, a domino affect of hormonal changes between your reproductive organs and your brain - nothing can speed-up this process and there is no way to skip phases of your cycle to start menstruation before it's due. When it comes to your first period this will only start after you've reach a point where you're physically and sexually mature enough to start ovulating - there's no way to force your body to mature faster than it is already, Humphrey's 11 can no more make your first period start than it could make you grow a foot overnight.Humphrey's are a herbal treatment for delayed menstruation - it means that they induce a period that is actually due, or may induce uterine bleeding but that is NOT the same as menstruation (part of the menstrual cycle, following ovulation.
Yes. Most of the medications they use to induce are naturally occurring hormones in a women's body. Being induced shouldn't hinder any future pregnancies.
No. Your body decides when you will have it. Hormones determine when you will start and nothing you can do will change that within your body. Be patient it will happen. It is not that great of an experience and can be pretty painful if you have cramps and PMS. Talk to your mom she can tell you when she started and that may give you an idea when you will start.
