You have to take off the door panel and take the 2 bolts out holding the mirror in place

The 1997 Chevy Blazer shifter cable will have swivel nuts on each end of the cable. Connect the shifter cable and turn the swivel nuts to the right to install the shifter cable.
There is a small screw...torx or Allen head that holds it to the mount. Loosen this and slide the mirror up. Comes right off.
i recently had to replace the passenger side mirror of my 93 blazer, at first i attempted to fix the white mirror mounts behind the glass, but they wouldn't sit right after some frustration i decided to go to the junk yard and pay $10 for a new power mirror, this is most likely ur best bet
There should be a small plate on the inside of your door... right where the bolts to the mirror are... you gently pull that off and there are 3 screws there. take them out and the mirror should come right out... install the new one in the same spot and just ut the late back on.
It should tell you on the transmission dipstick.
