Presuming you mean the switch panel on the door. Remove the metal recess on the arm rest - one screw at the bottom.
Reach in and disconnect the cable plug leading to the switches. To release the plug squeeze the slightly yielding piece of plastic on one of the long sides of the plug and pull the two pieces apart. You can then remove the switch panel by pushing in the plastic clips holding it in place and pulling it out from the top of the arm rest.
Replacement is the reverse of the above.

Allright with a voltimitter check your switchs so when you roll them up or down you have power to the switch if not its your door switch. if you do have power check if you have power to your motor. there is no relay switch theres only fuses.
could be the fuse, but the sunroof relay is above the sunroof switch attached to the motor, the relay is a possible answer to the sunroof not working.

The horn relay would be the second one from the left, the fist one being the fuel pump relay.
locate the fuse panel under the hood of your sportage. There is two bigger relays in that panel 1. the egi control relay. 2. the fuel pump relay.
