Thanks
Where did you get the switch? what relay did they tell you to replace?
The horn relay is located in the relay center located in the glove compartment. The horn relay would be the second one from the left, the fist one being the fuel pump relay.
It is built into the headlight switch.
does anyone know where the horn relay switch is on a 86 chevy S10?
Chevrolet does not use a resettable fuel relay (inertia switch), that's a Ford thing.
Need to know what year S10.
Which one? There are several.
In the fuse/relay center under the hood.
There is no "kill switch" on that Chevy Blazer.
the blinker relay is behind the glove box
Need to know what year S10 you have to tell you where the fuel pump relay is.
Inside the headlight switch.
Behind the glove compartment.
AC compressor clutch relay, starter relay, high speed blower motor relay,
The fuel system on a Chevy is controlled by a relay. There is no inertia/reset switch.
The relay is on the left side of the power brake booster/.
The 2000 Chevrolet S 10 pickup truck air conditioning relay switch can be found in the fuse box. The relay switch will be in the third column.
Fuel pump relay, horn relay, daytime running lights relay and if there is a fourth, power door lock relay.
The starter relay feeds power to the starter when the switch is turned to start. The relay will be mounted either on the fender or on the firewall.
The relay you are looking for should be left of the brake fluid reservoir on the firewall, drivers side.
Look in the glove compartment behind the door that says "relays", it is the first relay from the left.
There are several relays on that vehicle, need to know which one you are looking for.
There is no reset switch on that vehicle, you probably have a bad fuel pump.
where can i find a diagram for a 1997 chevy s10 brake switch?
If you're thinking of a fuel pump inertia kill switch, the 89 S10 doesn't have one.
Look for a?æbox located in the glove compartment marked "relays" of the 1997 Chevy S10. The horn relay is the first one on the left.
