There are 3 instrument cluster connectors A left B center, C right.
The first 2 unused slots on C that go nowhere would be for the TACH if the car had one. The first slot is empty the second has a Dark Green with Black stripe wire. That's the TACH signal coming from C10 of the ECM under the passenger seat.
