It is best to start out with checking the bolt pattern on the new grill. Start out taking the top bolts off the grill, then move and take out your lamps once you have done that you can see where the bolts (if any) are holding the lamp area in, then go and check where the mesh for the radiator is, there are normally some bolts holding it on in that area also. Take all these bolts out and ALWAYS put the bolts back in the holes as not to loose them. Go over and carefully put the new grill up and on and proceed to bolt it on, do not over torque the bolts as you will crack the plastic. 10-15 PS2 is good then put the lamps in adjust them, and call it a day!
To remove the front grill on a 2007 Chevrolet Tahoe the bumper will need to be removed first. After the bumper is removed, take off the four screws and clips holding the grill in place. The grill is then ready to remove.

Open the hood, and look between at the edge of the plastic piece that is the top of the grill, there above each headlight you will see two small stems, they are essentially custom bolts for adjusting the headlights.
If you can find a grill with all the functions you need and want, you should not spend the extra money for a custom grill. The only way I would spend the money for a custom grill is if I couldn't find what I was looking for in a regular one from any stores or anything online.

the turn signal lens assembly actually clips in to the lower half of the grill. the grill has metal clips attaching it to the body. easiest thing would be to pop the grill loose, tilt if forward and simply remove the old bulb and install the new bulb. then line up the grill and pop it back into place.
Custom BBQ grill covers help keep the harsh weather from damaging the grill. Custom BBQ grill covers are made to fit the grill perfectly to assure the best results. Rust from wet weather can reduce the grill to a useless piece of equipment in time. One strong wind storm can cause irreparable damage as well. Place the cover over the grill and secure it after each use. Allow the grill to cool down prior to placing the cover on it. This will keep it from catching fire or melting from the heat. Place the grill in an area that keeps it stable during wind storms.
