∙ 15y agoIf you are referring to instructions on how to install fonts to a Macintosh computer, here is your answer: Go to a font web site (either free or not, your choice) such as "www.dafont.com" and download your preferred font. A small downloads box will pop up and show you the progress, after which the font will be saved into your "Downloads" folder or your default downloading destination (such as your Desktop.) If you can't find the font, search for the name in your hard drive. Once you've found the font, double-click it, wait for a small box with test font text written within it, and then click the "install" button. The computer does the rest.

Most fonts come in a .zip package. Unzip the font and click on the font's file, before pressing CTRL+C(copy) and going to the Control Panel. After reaching the Control Panel, click Fonts and CTRL+V(paste) the font. Let the folder process the thing(it will say Installing Font), and once it is done, check Notepad, WordPad or Microsoft Word for it.
