If it is a CD, usually, if you insert it, a little wizard box will appear. However, if it doesn't within a minute, or so, try this: Click the start menu, and click My Computer (usually on the upper left hand side on a PC) Bellow the shared files, you should see the CD you just put in. Click it, and get started. If you don't, there is iether something wrong with your CD drive, or something more complicated is going on. If you are down loading a program from online, simply click the link it gives, you and they will walk you through the rest. Than download the file and save it to a place on your computer. After downloading it, go to the place you saved it and click on it.
