How do you install a serpentine belt on a 1994 Chevy 5.7L V8?

There is a tension er pulley on the top pulley area. It is usually a Silver/Ceramic/Grey color. There is a arrow pointing one way. You are going to get a crow bar and force that arm and pulley the opposite way. This will give you slack to route your belt on the pulleys properly. Follow the sticker on your hood/hood latch area. And you should be good. But becarefull watch your fingers from the tension er slapping back! Very Serious!
