If you are wanting to install a Tachometer to see your RPM, the following site gives diagrams and schematics for wiring. They list many Honda related fixes etc... Hope this is helpful Either replace the Gauge Cluster with an SI/EX one or install a Aftermarket one. The RPM Signal wire is behind the Gauge Cluster on all models even if not equipped with a Tach
Unless you're an electrical expert, I wouldn't advise this. I'm assuming you're wanting the GT version for the built in Tachometer. Better off leaving it out and installing an aftermarket Tachometer.
Remove the wiring harness from the back of your 1995 Dodge Ram horn. Remove the horn retaining bolts. Reverse the process to install the new horn.
The tachometer may not be working on a 1995 Chrysler LeBaron because the cable may be bad. Check to ensure the cable is not broken or kinked.
You can't "chip" any vehicle made since 1995 or so because they don't have replaceable chips. To change PCM programming requires special equipment and appropriate skills. If you mean can you install an aftermarket control unit that interfaces with the existing PCM, yes.
