I am about to do the same thing...install an overhead DVD player. I've been searching for days online, and the best thing I've found is the instructions I've found relate to a MOPAR DVD Rear Seat Video System. It's the instructions for installing a kit, but it shows exactly how to remove the headliner and shows the interior support struts that need to be used. You can find it in PDF format by typing in k6859516 in Google. There's one component ( #3 on the drawing ) labeled as a mounting bracket that I can't find, I'm going to try and fabricate my own version.
