First take out the two ten mill bolts from the bottom of the rear seat and then pull the bottom out. Next take out the two 17 mm bolts that hold the seat belts and rear seat back (they are near the bottom of the seat). Lift the rear seat back up to release the hooks that hold it into place and remove the seat from the car. Nest you want to take out the three screws that hold the lower rear side panel, then remove the bolt that holds the bottom part of the seat belt to the side panel and then remove the panel. Now that all of that is done, all you need to do is the pull the rear beck cover toward you and away from the rear deck. There will be four screws for each speaker, so take those out unclip the wire leads and they're out. Just reverse the process to install your new speakers (the stock holes are for 6x9s). Your best bet is to invest the five dollars to buy harnesses that clip into the stock speaker outputs and then attach to your new speakers. This way you don't have to struggle with stripping and connecting new wires, since they are a little ackward to get to in the back deck.
