I would use a dual electric fan out of a Dodge Intrepid (2000-2003 ish) they cover the S-10 radiator almost dead perfect! Pull the stock fan shroud & clutch fan off the water pump, cut the 4 intrepid mount tabs off so you have a square fan assembly. Take the stock S-10 top shroud and cut along the front so you have just the top piece without the fan chamber or sides. Mount a piece of angle aluminum(available at Home Depot) and make three 1.5" blade tabs to mount to the bottom of the Intrepid Fan to slide into the bottom radiator mounts. Be sure to stick on some rubber door seal along the inside edge so you don't damage the radiator fins. Set it in the bottom, push it foward till flush, attach the upper, and that's it! Then you need to choose a way to control it. Many electronic controllers are available from Flex-a-lite, Derale, Painless Performance, Hayden. You can also run them from your PCM but that requires you to send your PCM in for a re-flash and that means the truck sits until you get it back. Check out Blackbear Performance for that option.
Open the hood and look at the inside of the radiator towards the engine, If you see 1 or 2 fans that are mounted on brackets with small electric motors on them right in the front of the engine then you have electric fan /fans. If it's not electric then it will have a BELT that drives it on the front of the engine. And it will be 1 big fan.
The fans are electric and do not have a belt The fans are electric and do not have a belt The fans are electric and do not have a belt
The 2000 Chevrolet Venture is front-wheel drive and shouldn't have a fan clutch. The fans are electric.
