You will need to remove the inside door panel, to do this you will need a couple screw drivers a Phillips and a torx bit set then you will also need a small pry bar for the plastic retainer clips that secure the bottom of the pannel to the door. once you remove all the screws you will need to pull the pannel free from the door at the bottom of the pannel, this is where thee small pry bar comes in. then to remove the pannel after its free from the retainer clips and screws you simply lift up on the door panel and pull it off, be sure to unplug all electric switches that are on the door so you don't pull the wires out of the plugs. once the panel is off there will be your speakers mounted to plastic frames/spacers you want to keep the frame/spacer for the new speakers and be sure to leave the plastic sealed to the door frame after you install new speakers. this helps reduce outside road noise inside the car and also helps act as speaker boxes to optimize the sound from your new speakers. you can look up stereo wiring diagram online to find out what wires are positive+ and negative-. you will need to cut the plug off the wires from factory speaker plug and replace with female wire plug 14-16 guage awg. this will ensure good connections to the speakers, loose wires will cause distortion and that can ruin a speaker fast it can also make sure the speakers work everytime you turn on the radio and wont cut out when you hit bumps or turn corners.
hope this helps, good luck.
