Changing wheel bearing from a 2002 Hyundai Elantra requires removing the hub assembly. The bearing will need to be pressed out and in to confirm and safe install.
It's very easy to install a network hub, as there's no software. You just plug it in.

Pretty easy job, there are a few videos on youtube that show how it's done. Just did both mine on my 1994 Deville and one on my 2004 Seville. It is almost a must to have a compressor and impact gun but can be done without. Hardest part I had was making sure the axle was unstuck from the hub, had to back the nut off and then hit the axle end with a soft faced hammer, rawhide or plastic faced. The Deville was easier because the bolts are on the front of the hub where they're on the back on the Seville. You have to have both front wheels off the ground to do this because you have to spin the axle to get to the bolts, they only come out through one of the holes.
I had the same problem, with the same make/year. You need to replace your hub/hubs. I replace only the one on the driver side front but it's recommended that you replace both at the same time. It's quite easy to do I did it myself.

The 2004 General Motors/Cadillac came equipped with sealed front wheel/hub bearing assemblies. Removing and replacing them requires taking off the wheels first. Second the rotors need to be slid off and the calipers hung out of the way. This will allow access to the hub assemblies bolts to be gotten out. The units can then be bolted and plugged in to any present wiring or speed sensor harnesses to complete the install. The General Motors OE wheel/hub assembly for the front is AC Delco #F149.
