It's the same as any other app.
1. Go to the App Store in iTunes on your computer, or in the App Store app on your iPad
2. Search for "quickoffice connect mobile suite for ipad"
3. Click the "buy" button to buy the program
If you do this from your iPad, the app will automatically download and install. If you do it on your computer in iTunes, the app will be added to your iPad the next time you sync it.
