How_do_you_install_an_ac_belt_on_your_integra
You have to remove the ac belt first then the v belt. Once you get them off you need to replace the v belt and ensure it is tight enough. then the ac belt.
Hi, On a 1998/9 model it is next to the Condensor on the left hand side, small silver tube with two pipes coming from the top of it. Thanks Pacnat1
No mechanic here.. asked the one who services my 1999 Lanos.. he used to be a certified mechanic for Daewoo, until they sold the company.. on the matter at hand.. The instructions to the mechanics were, that to replace the A/C filter, the customer had to be away from the repair shop.. the reason? The had to cut through the plastic at the lower part of the dashboard - somewhere left of the front passenger's leg.. bad design on Daewoo's part. Maybe they did not expect their cars to last as long as they do :-) Hope this helps.
How to remove and install the serpentine belt on 1991 Chevy Blazer with AC?
Remove it, and install a shorter belt.
There is an available bypass kit, but the belt is the same. You remove the ac compressor and install an idler pulley.
You have to use the same belt and install a dummy pulley kit in place of the ac compressor.
Any plasic parts cannot be repaired. The radiator and and thermostate housings are easy repairs. The bypass tube in the rear requires the intake system to be removed.
Replacing the AC belt is probably one of the easiest things to do... Just simply losen the tensioner pulley and remove belt... Install new belt on all the pulleys then tighten the tensioner pulley. Its that easy.
