Use a long extension bar and a SNAP-ON brand 18mm 'swivel socket'. The Snap-On brand was the ONLY brand that would fit and work (had the right dimensions/angles to fit in the limited space)! With one or both of the passenger-side mounts loose (bottom nuts off or hanging by a couple of threads), a floor jack can be used to raise the engine up for SOME clearance, maybe, and to get it swapped out (be sure to put a board between the jack saddle and the engine).
