How do you insulate concrete walls?
Are we talking about batt insulation? There are "insulation pins" that are basically a spike with a "waffle" base that you would glue to the concrete. When the glue is dry, you put the insulation over the pin and force the pin to stick through the insulation. There is a washer that will go over the protruding pin to keep the insulation from slipping off. Then, you bend the pin over at a 90 degree angle to keep it from poking someone or something it isn't supposed to. You will want to make sure that the concrete is clean before trying to apply the adhesive.
