Well first of all you need to meet her. So when you see her next time, just walk up and say hi. Introduce yourself and let her know that you would really enjoy getting to know her better. Keep it simple, dont worry about impressing her and that.
The fact that you walked up to her and introduced yourself obviously says that you like her in the first place.
Then ask her if she would like to meet up sometime for coffee? when she says yes, ask for her number.
And dont dont dont call her immediately when you get it....wait until the next day or two...then call and let her know you apologize for not calling earlier, you've just been really busy....but would love to meet of for that coffee..
