He/She should be responsible, protect the server from hackers or report glitches. And should be helpful with all that is to be needed at service. And listen to higher ranking admins than him/her. And also, if you are a good player, they might even hire you themself. Like my friend. (Devil Boy) He is a very high ranking admin in few servers.

∙ 14y agoYou can create a listen server by clicking "Create New multiplayer Game". You can create a dedicated server by using HLDSUpdatetool.exe. (Needs patience to understand) Note: Port forwardning may be needed in order to make your erver accessible from the internet.

∙ 12y agowell if you pay for your own server and you are the administrator you should have that already if not check with your server provider. If its not your server the person who does own that server can give you the admin powers to that server if he chooses to. Again by asking the server provider to add you to the list of admins. Or if he knows how he can easy do it him self

To play with them: -use Hamachi -forward your counter-strike port (may not work) -start a dedicated server (you still have to forward the port) P.S. If you do it with Hamachi tell me how u did it.
