How do you join the Specialists Firearms Command CO19 in the Metropolitan Police?

Join the met as a PC. Do your 2 years probation and then you will be eligible to apply although with only 2 years service you are unlikely to get in. Once your application is accepted you must pass fitness and medical tests then pass an assessment day. If you are accepted after this you then must pass an intensive 6 week course in weapons and tactics and then your in!
