to jump start a Benz, with difficulties getting to the battery, first open the hood of the vehicle and locate the fuse box with the main red power wire, which is screwed in to supply the fuses with power. after locating the wire, hook up your power source such as another without it running and connecting the positive to the battery on one end and the screw head holding the red wire in place. this should provide enough power to allow you to gain access to your battery in the trunk...

i got a 2007 mercedes benz e350, battery is dead and i need jump started but i can't open the trunk and get do it from the battery, is any other way to jumped?
If it is automatic - no option but to jump start If it is manual - get someone to help you push the car, engage gear 2 and it should start.
