putting them back in their case!!!!
Always keep games in their boxes, never put them down except in a disk case. Hold them by the edges and/or the central hole only. Don't allow people who don't know how to handle a disk to hold them.
You can't
No, you would still need the disk in order to play the game. Installing the game into the HD only makes it perform faster.
each disk of a game has it's own unique code 1st uninstall the game then reinstall the game with the new disk you have .. that should do it : D
your disk is probably scratched up or dirty
Mine does that, usually when it's loading up a game. You should probably just clean the disk everytime you go on it. If the disk is scratched, unfortunately you cant do anything about it.
It means you have an itch.

No, you will not lose your data if you replace the game disk but not the console. Game save data is typically stored on the console's hard drive or in the cloud, not on the physical disk itself. As long as you keep your console intact and do not delete your save files, you can switch disks without losing any progress.
When I was prompted for a format disk on ps2, I went to game stop to buy the disk. They said a disk was not available - the game was simply too scratched to play.

To prevent cats from scratching doors, you can provide them with scratching posts or pads, use deterrent sprays or tapes on the doors, keep their claws trimmed, and provide them with plenty of mental and physical stimulation to redirect their scratching behavior.
Cats may scratch their owners for various reasons, such as playfulness, seeking attention, or feeling anxious or stressed. It is important to observe your cat's behavior and provide appropriate outlets for scratching, such as scratching posts, to prevent unwanted scratching on you.
