Depending on the options you selected when setting up your account, questions might be added to your watchlist automatically. To check if you are receiving updates, look in the blue sidebar on the left of the screen. If you see something that says 'Cancel updates', it meens that it is added to your watchlist. If it says 'Get updates' then it means that you are not receiving updates. Click it if you wish to get updates. Depending on the settings you have set up, you may also get certain updates in email. If you wish to change your settings go to Special:preferences

New users can't improve a question on WikiAnswers. After they have made 100 contributions, they can edit questions.
Within the Wikianswers setting, Supervisors keep track of what is going on in their categories. We may answer questions, or review the answers that other people have made. We may move a question to another category, or remove (trash) a question that is inappropriate, or asks about illegal acts. We may discipline people that are making nonsense answers, or trashing valid answers.
Yes, or you can simply correct the language yourself.
Useless questions are ones that are made just to waste time, and not to provide anything to the community. So more or less your question.

Yes, corrections are made to questions and answers when a supervisor, contributor, SPA etc., finds something that is incorrectly spelled. Everyone does their best to contribute and help make the quality of WikiAnswers better.

Are you asking if the site if politically conservative? If so, then no. WikiAnswers is building a database of questions and answers made in a wiki format. It does not pledge loyalty to any political party or group.
You can go over the the section in the blue and select "My Contributions".
It keeps track of the changes you make on the browser.
