You need to get the Infrared Scope from the Freezer room. Attach it to your Rifle whenever you face off against an Iron Maiden. Get some space between you and the freak and aim at it through the Scope. There will be four red spots on its chest, which are just asking to be shot off. Unlike a Regenerator, however, it won't explode after that. You have to shoot one of its legs and snipe the one on its back before it'll blow up.

∙ 13y agoIf you have a rocket launcher/Broken Butterfly Dodge everything he does and when hes close enough open fire with your rocket launcher or broken butterfly.if you dont have the weapons i mentioned i cant really help you except by saying dodge-shoot-dodge-shoot and so on until hes dead

Try to make it past (which is infinitely more difficult, seeing as it will no doubt impale you) or shoot, shoot, shoot. If you have the Chicago Typewriter, just shoot it everywhere until it explodes.
