This is what you do on PS2 and XBox, but I don't know about PC. You run around, trying to Dodge all of his shots. When he stands on the green gas spots on the ground, shoot a dynamite arrow on the green gas spots. It will blow up and take part of his life. When he is dying, he'll run up into a bunker type thing made of the rocks/gold. He'll throw dynamite packs at you. You hide, and when he let's go of them, you shoot them. It will make the roof of the cave thing he's in collapse, killing him.
