1. Make a lot of eye contact.

2. Smile frequently.

3. Do the previous two steps by frequently turning towards the boy.

4. After continuing this process for a short amount of time, turn towards him. Ask him a question or comment on something in a flirtatious manor; making a joke is also a good idea.

5. If his eyes remain locked with yours, smile and move your hand to his cheek.

6. Move your head towards his with a moderate speed [not too slow where it becomes awkward, but not too fast where you bump heads or seem to intense.]

7. Lock your lips with his.

8. The rest is pretty self explanatory.

Remember: Be confident. Do not become offended if he turns you down.
