If you want to know if a certain food is cross contaminated, you would need a microscope.

What we can do is avoid that risk not mixing meat and fish or vegetables, cleaning thoroughly (almost desinfecting the working area).

An idea: when I boil something, at times I introduce my wooden spoon and rest of wooden stuff.

My cutting table is a pristine white tile. Very cleanable. Hope i helped.

How much does a 6 oz chicken breast weigh after cooking?

That answer would depend upon the manner in which the chicken is cooked, the conditions in which it was cooked and even the makeup of the particular chicken itself. The only true way to know for your circumstances is to grab a chicken breast, weight it, cook it, and weigh it again. If you are seeking this answer for dietary/nutitional purposes, just remember that all meats nutritional values are calculated in the raw stage. So if you have a 4 oz piece of raw chicken breast and you cook it, because of water loss, etc, it may lose a couple of ounces. However, for nutitional purposes, it's still considered a 4 oz chicken breast. Hope this helps!
