* Boss or not (and either gender) it would be called 'sexual harassment' and you can sue her if she is At Fault for possibly using the threat of firing you should you not want to engage in her tactics. No one should ever feel sexually pressured at work as it' against the law. Some signs are: Getting you to stay late after work and brushing against you or making sexual remarks. Trying to get you alone or hinting that you go out together. Teasing or slapping your butt. Making facial expressions such as puckering their lips in a kiss or licking their lips while looking directly at you. Lesbians are really no different than men when it comes to 'getting the message across' that they are interested in you. Be sure this woman is a Lesbian and realize that not all Lesbians chase after other women and can often be monogamous.
