Why would you want numbing cream? Professional body piercers won't pierce tissue that has been treated with any form of numbing agent because it distorts and bloats the tissue. Go talk to your local professional body piercer before you do anything to tissue you want to get pierced. They know what they are doing and they do a good job at it, you need to learn to trust them.

My friend didnt use a numbing patch as says it just stings a bit when the needle is going through, but not afterwards.
When the cavities are filled, they will first have to drill holes which for many patients may be uncomfortable. When the actual filling does not go in, most patients do not complain of any pain. Talk to your dentist or doctor about numbing your mouth or using "laughing gas" before performing dental work to ease the pain.
