You know because it hurts lol

It will feel sore. If it is swollen that means it is broken but if you think it isn't broken or pulled then go to a doctor and get an x-ray because you might have chipped a bone!

There is not really a way to tell for sure on your own, but the best thing you could do if you're not sure you can give it a rest for a few days. Just don't try to exercise it or put lots of pressure on it. If you don't feel a relief you should see a specialized doctor.

you will have a burning feeling where ever you think you may have pulled your muscle and some times iit hurts to put pressure on it if it's really bad :)
