How do you know if you pulled muscle in wrist. As I have no swelling and didn't fall or play sports but hurting for 3 months. Even picking up and carrying simple not heavy food bags sore most days.?

The writs itself does not have any muscles in it. The muscles are further up your arm and these pull on tendons that go through your wrist.
Therefore is you have a painful wrist it could be a joint, nerve conduit or tendon problem, but NOT a pulled muscle.
You should go and see a qualified medical practitioner (a Doctor) for a diagnosis of the problem and treatment.
