your question is kind of vague. are u experiencing any symptoms? generally, u can remove the dist. cap and visually inspect the rotor and cap. any signs of wear or black marks are bad things. u can find such pictures on the web. if they are worn u might experience a loss of power at high speed or intermittant stuttering for lack of a better word. if your whole distributor is bad u will probably experience a very poor drivability or not being able to drive at all.
