With the hood open, standing in front of car looking toward the windshield.... on the left side (passenger side), look for a silver box with 5 thin lines coming out of the top. If that is present, then you have ABS. If there are only 2 lines, you do not.
Or you can look at rear brakes, if you have drum type brakes (can't see a rotor) then you don't have ABS.
It is important to know the firing order of a car's engine when trying to diagnose a problem. The firing order of a 2001 Kia Optima is 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6.

The fronts will have wiring to the backside of the dustshield. The rears will have a sensor in the differential.

I need to know how much will a throttle sensor cost to fix a kia optima
Good question. You may have an antilock brake circuit that is not sensing the brakes correctly and improperly correcting. Anti lock pulses the brakes when you apply them. I don't know if this is perfected or not.
I need to know how to check the anti lock brake to get the light off. New brakes from and rear were installed and light is still on. I some one knows who to trouble shoot this or how to check it, please let me know.
you can contact any dodge dealer and give them the last 8 digits of your vin and the can tell you everything you have on that car.
I don't know about the Isuzu, but the 93-97 Altimas had front disc brakes and rear brakes were standard drum, or optional discs.
There are a number of places that fix brakes. Midas is one of the most well know places, but there are also local companies who can change your brakes.
