Can liquid coffee creamer be frozen?
You can feeze liquid coffe creamer but can you thaw liquid coffee creamer to a usable state? I have never been sucessful in this. Once thawed the cream separates into liquid (water) and a solid (fat). If someone knows a way to sucessfully thaw creamer let us know.

I have recently been diagnosed with Celiacs Disease, and have been looking a lot of things up on the internet about foods and drinks that are safe for someone like me. I was surprised to find that this question has not been answered. I would like to answer it. I believe it is safe to say that coffee is NOT GLUTEN FREE! Due to the fact that most coffee contains barley, which does contain gluten, unless otherwise stated on the label. I would also like to share with all people that have Celiacs Disease or any allergic reaction to gluten that if you love coffee and would like to drink it, try Teeccino Mediterranean Herbal Coffee. It is 75% organic, gluten free and is caffiene free too. And it tastes DELICIOUS!!!! :)

Gluten is the protein which gives foods it's elasticity. It is mainly found in bread as it is in wheat, rye, barley to name but a few. There are many gluten free products in the supermarket and on the packets it is clearly marked whether it is gluten free or not. These are normally situated in the Free From area of the supermarket. On the web you can also find many delicious recipes which are also gluten free.

Surprisingly, many gluten free pastas are coming onto the market. They have some at Jewel Os-co, Trader Joe's and a store called New Vitality. My favorite type of pasta is tinkyada from Jewel Os-co. It is wheat free, gluten free, cholesterol free, low fat and low sodium, has a good consistent texture, not mushy, and Al Dente. They are the spiral types.
