Coolant weeping and noise.
I know my 97 Honda civic dx doesn't.
I have no idea. All I know is that the Honda Civic is a very good car that sells well.

Need to know which motor you actually have. There are a couple of versions of the d15 motor. Best thing to do is go to an auto parts store and ask to see both.

My Civic has 186,000 miles and still running. Just took it in to change the timing belt and water pump. Not because I had to, just because I should. My 2000 Honda Civic EX has 330,000 miles on it and it's going strong. I get 32 MPG but it leaks a little oil, about a 1/2 quart per fill up. I changed the timing belt at 240,000 but I got lucky. If it breaks it destroys the engine which I did not know.
It depends on the model, I believe. I know that an LX has 4 cylinders. All Honda Civic models from 1973 to the present day are 4 cylinder.
When a person is driving a car they should know its fuel capacity. The 1983 Honda Civic has a fuel capacity of 41-liter.
