I too met a man on the internet. We ended up getting married. We have been married for 5 years and it is great. The thing that you need to do is ask for his real name and get a criminal back ground check just to be sure. Don't tell him though. When you do meet eachother, make sure that you meet in a public place. I wish you all the best of luck:) hes being honest if he is not asking any questions about it. Dont rush into things. Seeing is believing! You should have arranged to meet after your third e-mail!!! There are a lot of scams out there, and it would be a mistake to sign up-sight un-seen.
