They should be listed in your service record. If not see your personnel office for assistance. If you're retired or discharged this will be available on your DD Form 214 or the corrected DD Form 215 in case it didn't include the end of tour or retirement award. If you don't have the signed award or it's not documented you're not authorized to wear it. YNC
