How do you know what grade Cosmi gun you have I have a Cosmi 12 gauge shotgun serial 4292. How do I know what model it is?

there are only 3 grades as far as I know, standard engraved and titanium. There are some specials of course. Is it a 12 or 20. I have one of each and and engraved 12.
