leukemia is basically a blood disorder commonly known as blood cancer, red bone marrow is the hemotipoeitic agent(that is blood cell producing), a defect in bone marrow cause abnormal number of immature WBCs in blood which can cause enlarged liver, nausea, dyspnea (shortness of breath) , including poor blood clotting if a part of body is injured ( because platelets count fall which help in clotting), and offcourse weight loss and anemia are common symptoms as the number of RBCS in body decreases.. if you still are not sure, then you can have a blood test which sure will lead to the right result, i hope my answer helped you :")

a haematologist (lood specialist) will examine the blood under a microscope, where id they find a large number of abnormal blood cells, usually immature white blood cells.

You would never really know unless you ask or get a good look at somebody. But when people get leukemia they might get many bruises out of nobody and their hair might fall out.
