It's not bad for you compared to other things you could be drinking like soda. But if you are only drinking it for the vitamins it's better to just take a multi-vitamin and a bottle of water. You'll be saving yourself about 125 calories and 32g of sugar per bottle.
As an electrolyte replacement drink, VitaminWater compares poorly to brewed coffee, which provides 124 mgs. of Potassium per 6 oz. serving. Orange Juice is a much better electrolyte replacement drink, providing 450 mgs. of Potassium per 8 oz. serving, 3 times as much Potassium as a whole 20 oz. bottle of VitaminWater. That same glass of orange juice provides 130% of the RDA of Vitamin C, Vitamin B3 10%; Vitamin B6 10%; Vitamin B12 10%; Vitamin B5 10% and Zinc 10%. If you choose calcium and Vitamin D fortified orange juice, you'll obtain these additional nutrients as well.
Personally, I think Gatorade is much better then Vitamin Water. Vitamin Water certainly has some healthy ingredients and maybe fewer calories, but it cannot match the sheer flavor of Gatorade.
There is no way to know. The company producing them wants you to buy them, so obviously they're going to try to influence your purchase. The Vitaminwater made by Coca Cola has a bunch of sugar in it. Stuff like Propel, and others like it are made with artificial sweeteners. There is a lot of anecdotal evidence to suggest that low-cal sweeteners have adverse health effects. The FDA has approved it, so it must be at least relatively safe, but there is no evidence to suggest that it is good for you.
Vitamin water does not contain sufficient vitamins to provide deep health benefits.
Vitamin C http://www.sciencedaily.com/releases/2007/09/070923205844.htm It MIGHT also be vitamin D...I dunno. I do know that the sun releases vitamin D though. Good luck!
Because vitamin C is one of the water soluble ones along with most of the B vitamins. Since they dissolve in water and our urine is mostly water, when we go to the bathroom we pee some of it out. That's why we have to replace both B & C vitamins everyday with as healthy diet that include lots of fresh vegetable and fruits.
Answer: There are many folk-cures and hear-say remedies for growing plants, many if not most will end in weakening if not killing the plant, the best recourse is to know the plant, know what type of soil it likes, and what kind of nutrients it requires, (well balanced nutrient filled diet) the simple course of action would be: Plain water, Air, Sunlight [full/partial/defused] and a mild form of fertilizer, keeping in mind not to over water or under water. technically hypothetically basically, i think that the vitamin substance 2.3gl in mountain dew affects how plants grow. However, vitamin water substance 54.4yw affects the plant more. Therefore, the plant with vitamin water with substance 54.4yw grows better. === === == ==

It is good to recycle mineral products because it can help you save money on thing's you buy. That is all i know because my teacher told me that :)
